Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt
Return/Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days of receipt of product. You have to email at hello@craftinbrands.com from your registered email id to trigger the request for any order from Prikney.com
Prepaid Orders
• Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)
• All refunds for discounted merchandise (Prepaid & COD) are issued as Gift card only.
Exclusion from Return/Exchange
• Products can be replaced only in case the products delivered are damaged/defective,
• Shipping charges of INR 50 applicable on all orders below INR 499 are not refunded in case of any return.
