Our return/exchange policy is extended only when goods to be returned are in a resalable condition with price tags intact and a valid receipt

Prepaid Orders
• Full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.) Discounted Standard Merchandise (Including SALES, OFFERS, PROMO CODES etc.)
• All refunds for discounted merchandise (Prepaid & COD) are issued as Gift card only.

Exclusion from Return/Exchange
• Products can be replaced only in case the products delivered are damaged/defective, 
• Shipping charges of INR 50 applicable on all orders below INR 499 are not refunded in case of any return.

Refunds :- Refunds can be initiated with in 2 to 7 working days after Product received.

Cancellation: Orders are cancellable for up to 12 hours after they are placed. If you need to make any changes, email hello@prikney.com. After 12 hours, your order is already under processing and we are unable to cancel or change it in any way.
